FITNESS.

At home fitness provides 3 primary, fun and fast paced workouts per week that can be completed without any equipment at all! These sessions will focus on building strength and functional fitness while also burning fat and helping you lean up and build your endurance. 2 more “optional” workouts are included per week as well for those who want a little more. Sessions typically take about 45 minutes to complete for the primary sessions and 30-45 minutes for the optional sessions. A total time commitment of about 2-3 hours a week is all you need here! ZERO equipment required, although bands and dumbbells would be beneficial.

Workouts are updated weekly to ensure progression, variety and fun! Bands and dumbells are great additions for variety, but NOTHING is required except you doing the work!
